FREEDOM OF PRESS vs RIGHT TO PRIVACY

Journalism is the bussines of collecting, compiling and publishing information on the present, especifically facts of social and public interest. However the right to privacy that people have is being affected by the imprudence of some journalists. Nowadays some journalists are using exaggereted means to search for information without thinking of the consequences that this can cause.


In addition to this, one of the ways to find information is the persecution and intromision in people's private life and then they can to make comments which affect the integrity of the person's generating controversy on society.

On the other hand according to the latest news about press freedom from the point of view of journalists press freedom is looking , at the globalconstantly atacked and restricted, for this reason, to discern between public and private becoming increasingly difficult.

Finally, its significant to recognize that the right to freedom of the press is given the respect to other right such as honor, reputation, human dignity and the right to privacy.
